All embroidery & printing is done once you order it, which allows us to add your personalized customization. Please allow 2-3 weeks turnaround for customized clothing. Made & shipped from Fredericton, NB.
Your embroidered or printed items are hand-digitized into a file within 12 hours of receipt of your order. We do not modify or change embroidered items 12 hours afterwards, as your order will already be in production. Please triple check your order confirmation email for errors right away and let us know of any changes within a 12-hour period.
Any changes/modifications/additional changes to your order will not be accepted after a 12-hour period and you will need to re-order.
We do not accept the return of custom products items for credit or refund. Embroidered or printed products are custom-made to order and are non-refundable. All orders are made according to your specific order requirements.
We strive to get your order out as soon as possible! Once your order has left our shipping department, we'll immediately email you the tracking number so that you can determine the actual delivery date.
We are now shipping via courier (UPS or 3rd Party Courier), with a flat rate of $25 +Tax for orders shipping to: NB, NS, PEI, NFLD, QU, ON, MB, SK, AB or BC.
For customers in NWT, NU or YT, we will ship via courier when feasible, however there are certain locations that are only serviced by Canada Post
Please note, if you enter a PO box for your shipping address, these are only serviceable by Canada Post (and your order will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited or ExpressPost).
We try our very best to ensure that all the products we sell online are available 100% of the time but on occasion demand does outweigh supply and your order may be delayed. If this happens, you will be contacted by email or by phone and given an estimated shipping date. Our policy is to hold a shipment, with items on back order, until the entire order is complete unless you direct us otherwise.
ENVELOPE SHIPPING: If you are ordering small, flat items that can fit in a letter sized envelope, we can ship those via lettermail for $6 (covers the cost of 3-4 stamps). This method is NOT trackable, and NOT insured, meaning that if it is lost in the mail, we are not liable for your order and you will have to reorder. Only patches, decals, and small lapel pins can be shipped in an envelope.
